We've had some offers from Fans wanting to purchase the Song Books listed here. We apologize for any confusion created by listing the Song Books. These are posted SOLELY for Historical purposes to more fully cover the incredible career of one of the finest guitar virtuosos ever to pick up the instrument. Because Robin is so much MORE than JUST a guitar player. He has written, and continues to write, some of the most unforgettable lyrics and musical compositions the Rock, Ballad and Blues genres have to offer for more than 40 years now. An incredibly prolific songwriter and score composer, as well as producer, his credits far exceed the scope of this Website. Suffice it to say that Robin Trower has not only set the scale in many areas of the music industry, he has always done so without selling out or chasing the almighty dollar. His is truly an inspired journey of unmatched inspiration and impact on the entire world of music, and it would be a great loss to not include the ONLY song books EVER published that contain entire transcriptions of 4 of his most sought after Albums.

As we get each song book completed they will be posted on this website for all to view. Due to copyright laws, unfortunately, they will NOT be available for download and there will be an IP address tracker that will alert us to any attempts to circumvent the security and safety traps in place required to prevent such unlawful downloading of material that Robin does NOT own the rights to. So, knowing that Robin's Fans are among the most loyal, we don't expect much in the area of Fan attempts at unlawful activity. However, we KNOW there are a number of eBay sellers who drool over the thought of grabbing these items and reselling them unlawfully to Fans at prices that, no matter how LOW, will never be accrued to Robin or his Management Team. If you SEE any attempts to sell what you see posted here, send email with details to Webmaster@RobinTrower.com so we can make sure to protect Robin from lawsuits and put a stop to illegal theft of intellectual copyright material.

 

  We have been unable to get dates routed well enough to make a proper four week tour in the September through

November time period. So we are now looking in Feb-March 2009.

  Because the cancelled shows in Cleveland and Columbus cannot

be rescheduled until early next year, please contact your local ticket outlet for instructions on what to do with those unused tickets. It will depend on the local venue whether they refund your money or keep the tickets valid until the replay date.

  Robin asked me to tell everyone who had tickets to those two shows that he is really sorry that this happened -- and that he's looking forward to getting to Ohio as soon as possible.

2008 Tour News

Robin Trower has returned to the UK to complete THE 2008 Tour!

This Tour has had NEW written all over it from the start! A NEW BAND line-up includes the familiar faces of Davey Pattison on Vocals, Pete Thompson on Drums and Glenn Letsch taking over for Dave Bronze on Bass. The NEW band-roster that has been heralded as the BEST Robin Trower Band line-up since the 1980 Victims of The Fury Tour!

NEW T-Shirts (more than 4 different designs at last count); NEW Set List that includes SONGS not heard live for decades and even one or two that have NEVER been played live;

Robin came from Procol Harum just as Jack came from Cream - and both bands are legendary! 2008 Tour Schedule

 

From January 16th through April 5th, 2008, Robin Trower will play 50 shows in the USA. After the April 5th show in the "Speed Boat Capitol" of Madison WI, at the Barrymore Theater, it's off to the UK for Robin and the boys where they will begin the second half of the tour on April 22nd at the Spirit of 66 in Vervier, Belgium and continuing on for another 28 shows ending May 31st at the Marine hall in Fleetwood, UK. All total, Robin will be touring about 4 1/2 months straight through playing 79 shows total, while making some Radio Station broadcast appearances and, as always, being available after every Concert for autographs and the usual backstage banter.
