  3. All Charges will appear on your credit card billed by PayPal on behalf of Stardust Enterprises Inc. All customers are encouraged to write this down, or retain the e-mail PayPal sends every purchaser, of this transaction for your records.

  4. All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of your order. Shipping by US Postal Service or Commercial Carrier. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

  5. REFUND/RETURN POLICY: Customers requesting to return merchandise for exchange or refund MUST contact our customer support by e-mail. Any merchandise that has been worn, or otherwise used in any way is not acceptable for return.

  7. This agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of California. The forum for any disputes under this agreement shall be Los Angeles County, California.
