Ball of Fire Studio Youtube Premiere

On Friday 27th May 5pm GMT the iconic guitarist Robin Trower invites fans into the studio for the recording of “Ball of Fire” the latest single from his new studio album, ‘No More Worlds To Conquer,’ out now via Provogue. According to Trower, the song was inspired by a documentary about an iconic actor. “’Ball Of Fire’ popped into my head the day after watching a program about Gary Cooper, who was in a film called Ball Of Fire,” he recalls.

  13. This is top-notch stuff. Trower is the easily one of the all-time greats. He’s on my personal Mt. Rushmore of guitarists. Also, the vocalist is so rich and warm sounding.

    • Oh yes! The passion tour! I saw him about four times at San Jose’s small venue called the cabaret. I was always less than 10 ft from him and me and my wife jammed every time right in his face! I’m sure he would never recognize us but we were the only mixed couple in the house every time! To hear him in such close quarters was more than I could have ever asked for. It was like listening to him in his living room or something! Love this man! Long may you rock Robin! Peace!

  16. The CD is still in heavy rotation around my house! I first discovered Robin in 1974 and he’s only gotten better with age! Looking forward to seeing him to hit 80 and still be rocking! Peace and love!

  17. Twice removed from yesterday was my friends brothers album,in 1974 I 🤔
Just before I joined the army.. probably 73,anyways at age 16 we would wear that 8 track out in my other friends 63 bug.
Trower was the “who the hell is this” moment that changed my music Playlist from Sabbath #1 to Robin #1
Me: born in England ,family moved to USA at age 9,then at age 17 joined US ARMY. Still not a US citizen.

  19. I love seeing Robin live- it is there that I meet people who are all on the same wave length. Very few guitarists can transcend the moment , to the degree Robin does. It really is the heart of the creator coming through him when he leaves the moment
